Yes, your phones can work from anywhere there is an internet connection.

Depending on your phone system setup, International calling may be restricted by specific country or disabled entirely. To enable international calling to one or all countries simply contact support and let us know the details. Changes can be made in most cases right away.

Most requests are completed within minutes. There are, however, some more involved features that may take slightly longer to enable. Time frame completion is normally quick but is determined by the scope of the work.

Calls are made the same way you would make them with an ordinary telephone. The only difference is that you use an IP phone that is plugged into an Ethernet connection instead of a phone jack because the call is made digitally over the Internet.

There are virtually no technical skills required. The IP phones are ‘plug-and-play’, meaning they will arrive ready to make and receive calls the instant they are plugged into a broadband connection, right out of the box. The account settings can be administered easily from our user-friendly online interface.

No, one account provides access to the services wherever you are or combines remote offices to work as one unit no matter how far they may be from one another. This allows employees to work from home as well as connecting multiple office locations.

You don’t have to. This depends largely if your network has a backup power source, but if so then there will be no interruption and you will continue to be able to make calls. If this does not work for your current office environment DigiClick has other options that we recommend so that you will never lose a call even under the worst of circumstances.

There is no software needed. DigiClick’s service is entirely web-based and can be accessed from anywhere you have an Internet connection.

The speed required will depend on a few characteristics of your business, including the number of users will be on the Internet and how many will be using the phone at the same time.
